This product is used in carbon slurry processes and fluorochemical process flows. The carbon immersion tank needs to be equipped with auxiliary devices such as a carbon isolation screen and a carbon lifting pump. The structure features upper and lower impellers made of steel plate coated with rubber, connected with bolts. It has good balance, is easy to replace, and has a long lifespan. The main shaft is divided into upper and lower layers, connected by a positioning flange, which can reduce lifting height. Gas is dispersed at multiple points, ensuring good mixing performance.
Selection Instructions:
Generally, a planetary cycloidal gearbox motor is used for transmission. The structure is simple and cost-effective. If a worm gear transmission is needed, it must be specially ordered and specified.
This series of mixing tanks is used for gold cyanidation plants where the slurry has over 90% passing 200 mesh and a concentration below 45%, for stirring leaching and carbon adsorption. It can also be used for mixing, stirring, and leaching operations under similar conditions in the metallurgy, chemical, and light industry sectors.
