Product Introduction：Structural Features:
1. Shallow groove type, small impeller diameter, low speed, and lower power consumption.
2. Large clearance between the impeller and stator; the stator is a cylinder with elliptical holes, which helps mix and disperse air and slurry.
3. The stator height is lower than the impeller, allowing a large slurry circulation volume, up to 2.5 times.
4. The umbrella-shaped stator with perforated dispersion cover separates the vortices created by the impeller from the foam layer, helping to keep the slurry surface stable.
Performance Features:
1. Large slurry circulation volume, up to 2.5 times, which is good for mineral, chemical, and air interaction.
2. High air intake with excellent dispersion effect.
3. Moderate stirring, good suspension of solid particles, no sedimentation in the groove, no need to release slurry when stopping.
4. Can handle a wide particle size range with high mineral recovery rate.
Special Notes:
1. Mechanical stirring with self-aspiration of air, but cannot self-aspirate slurry; stepwise configuration needed during operation (drop of 300-400mm).
2. Can be combined with SF-type flotation machine to form a flotation unit, with SF-type as the suction tank and JJF-type as the direct-flow tank.
It can be widely used for sorting non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals, and is suitable for roughing and scavenging operations in large and medium flotation plants.
