Product Introduction：Product Features
Both the XCF and KYF models are pneumatic flotation machines. The XCF model has the ability to suck slurry, functioning as a suction tank, while the KYF model does not have self-suction and serves as a direct-flow tank, allowing for horizontal tank arrangement without the need for a foam pump. The "U" shaped tank reduces ore accumulation at the bottom, uses a large-diameter conical impeller with short blade rotors. It handles large capacities with low energy consumption; a gas disperser is installed in the middle of the impeller for even gas dispersion and thorough mixing.
Selection Instructions
When ordering, in addition to specifying the model and quantity, you must provide the flotation process and the following details:
① Configuration plan and feeding method
② Number of scrapers and drive type (right drive, left drive)
③ Number of feed boxes, intermediate boxes, and tailings boxes
④ Other special requirements
Electrical control cabinets are not provided.
The gate plates are manufactured according to the original factory drawings. Large flotation machines use electric gate plates.
